Litfield Land is a privately owned property development and investment company established in 1989. From our inception we have successfully undertaken multiple projects across a variety of sectors including healthcare, leisure, residential, roadside, retail and offices. Litfield Land retains a substantial income producing portfolio which we have created through our development activities.

We are a focused entrepreneurial business. Our team, and the carefully selected professionals and consultants with whom we have worked with for a number of years, have a significant depth of experience in all facets of planning, investment and development. This collective experience is applied to each project we become involved in at all stages of the process, enabling landowners to benefit from these skills to enhance and maximise value.
